• Account information: Your email address and password (encrypted) used to create and access your account.
• Assessment data: Your answers to the 12-category relationship assessment and the resulting scores.
• Journal entries: The text, moods, tags, and optional photos you save to your journal.
• Flag tracking: Green and red flags you log, including behaviors, notes, and dates.
• Growth data: Self-reported metrics like sleep, mood, energy, stress, weight, and habits.
• AI conversations: The messages exchanged with the AI coach within your account.
• Usage data: Anonymous analytics about how you interact with the platform to improve reliability and features.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and personalize your assessment, journal, and coaching experience.
• To calculate your relationship scores and track patterns over time.
• To send service-related emails such as password resets and account security notices.
• To improve our features, prompts, and educational content.
• To prevent abuse and protect the security of the platform.

We never sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your journal entries or assessment answers for advertising.

4. Data Sharing

Your data is private to your account. We do not share your personal content with other users. We may share limited, anonymized usage data with trusted service providers who help us operate the platform (such as hosting and analytics), and only under agreements that require them to protect your data. We will disclose information if legally compelled by valid court order or to protect the legal rights and safety of our users.

5. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted password storage, secure connections (HTTPS), and isolated per-user data storage. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work hard to protect your information and continually review our practices.

6. Your Rights and Controls

• Access: You can view all your data anytime within your account.
• Export: You can export your data from the Settings page at any time.
• Delete: You can permanently delete your account and all associated data from Settings. This action cannot be undone.
• Correction: You can edit or delete individual journal entries, flags, and growth entries at any time.

7. AI Coach Data

Conversations with the AI coach are stored privately in your account to provide continuity across sessions. We do not use your conversations to train external models. The AI does not make diagnoses or relationship decisions — it is a reflection tool only.

8. Children's Privacy

The Loving Blueprint is designed for adults and is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated policy and updating the "last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
