By creating an account or using The Loving Blueprint (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time, and continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
The Loving Blueprint is an educational and self-reflection platform offering relationship assessments, guided journaling, flag tracking, an AI coach, a personal growth tracker, and a fitness library. The Service is designed for adults, specifically men over 40, and is intended for personal insight and self-improvement.
The Loving Blueprint is not a medical, psychological, legal, or counseling service. Our assessment, AI coach, and content are educational and reflective in nature and do not constitute professional advice. The AI coach will not diagnose conditions or tell you whether to stay in or leave a relationship. If you are experiencing a crisis, mental health condition, or legal matter, please consult a licensed professional. If you are in immediate danger, contact emergency services.

Some features require a paid subscription (Premium or Elite). By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the selected plan's recurring fee to your payment method until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Cancellation stops future charges but does not refund the current billing period. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.
You retain ownership of the content you create in the Service (journal entries, flags, growth data, AI conversations). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display your content solely to operate the Service for you. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content you submit.
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. You can export your data at any time. Deleting your account permanently removes your data from our systems. Some anonymized, aggregated analytics may be retained after deletion.
The Service's design, assessments, prompts, educational content, and software are owned by The Loving Blueprint and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from our content without permission.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from using the Service, including relationship decisions or personal results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Loving Blueprint shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we believe harm the Service or its users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, and your data will be deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
